Application form for Teaching Posts

Some Important Instructions :

1. Read all the guidelines/instructions carefully.
2. Application form and bio-data should be properly filled in.
3. Attested Copies of all Certificates/Testimonials having bearing on selection should be attached with the hardcopy. Originals will have to be shown at the     time of the interview.
4. Persons in employment should send their applications through their employer. They may, however, send a copy in advance, but it must be on the     prescribed form and accompanied by prescribed application fee, copies of certificates/testimonials etc.
5. Incomplete form received after the expiry of prescribed date will not be entertained and will stand rejected summarily.
6. Only eligible candidates should apply for the position/post.
7. Use seperate form for each position/post.
8. Visit University Website www.plcsupva.ac.in for qualifications and other details and read the same carefully.
